  • I have trouble with my credit card. Can i pay cash upon arrival ?

    We only can process your booking with the payment in advance . Our payment system integrated with paypal and you can pay with your credit /debit card or paypal balance if you have an account 

  • My hotel is not listed , How do i make sure they will come to pick me up ?

    On the checkout process please type in your address for pick up if your hotel is not listed.   • What if i booked and paid then it rains in that day, will i have my money back ?

    All of our tours basically still operates during normal raining condition except for extreeme weather condition. If your tour cancel because of the weather you will given choice to do another day or full refund 

  • I Want to book for tomorrow. Is that possible ?

    Yes of course . Our tours bookable 4 - 8 hours before start time . Availibility shows in the real time through our website calender 

  • We are group, Is there any discount?

    Yes our tour rate is lower if you booked with more people . If you booked in large group please contact us via email for quotation and best rate 

  • I have limited mobility , can i join your tour?

    If you have limited mobility please join tours with dificulty level "very easy" . Custom tour can be requested  to meet your needs and condition . Please email us or whatsapp for special itinerary 

  • I'm a single travelers, can i join your tour ?

    Yes with an additional fees . For information please contact us via email or whatsapp 

  • I booked the wrong date for the tour, what should i do ?

    Simply email us and we will more than happy to amend you booking date  

  • What is your cancellation policy ?

    No cancellation fee if you cancel your tour 24 hours before travel date 


TOURS

  • Is there any lunch stop on the way?

    Yes of course, we have a flexible stop time for lunch  specially for sightseeing and custom tours. 

  • Is Lunch included in the price ?

    Please pay attention to inclusion tab . For sightseeing tours and custom tour lunch in not included.

    For activities and combination tours lunch included. Additional fee applied if you purchase additional drinks 

  • Is there wi - fi in the car ?

    Unfortunately we dont have wi - fi on board . We highly recommend you to take domestic sim card for internet .

  • Where will you pick us up ?

    We will pick you up at your hotel /address you stay . No need to go to certain pick up point. Please wait in the lobby to be picked up 

  • What is the minimum age to join the tour?

    Minimum age may vary depends of the category and level of difficulties of tours/activities

    Sightseeing min 5 years old

    Easy and moderate min 10 years old

    Challenging min 18 years old 

  • Can i customize my Itinerary ?

    Yes you can , as long as the places located along the way . Please email us if you like to costumize your tour 

  • How long is the excursion from beginning to ends?

    Half day tour and single activities around 5 - 6 hours

    Full day sightseeing tours and combination tours takes around 8 - 10 hours

    Duration tours may vary depend on your hotel location and local traffc condition 

  • Can i bring my luggage with me ?

    Yes for small luggages.  For big luggages please inform us in advance for possibilities

  • What is your safety measure post covid - 19


    • To make sure physical distancing, All of our transport using PRIVATE air conditioned vehicles 
    • For activities in all options  such as quad bike, rafting, cycling, or trekking conduct in small group or even PRIVATE if you booked more than 5 persons
    • All sightseeing tours are PRIVATE with physical distancing enforced throughout experience
    • Contactless Payment system. Our website built on live calender integrated with real time avaibility and secure contactless  paymnt system
    • To deliver a safe experiences both our staff and our guest we take action by implementing sanitation , disinfection and deep cleaning for coaches, cars and other vehicles frequently .
    • We  provide approved disinecting product of hand sanitazer and mask available on each vehicle
    • We have commitment to take a continous communication with local health authorities to understand what additional measured have been introduced
